When Lambuth lost to Westminster on Wednesday night in the opening round of the NAIA tournament, many Lambuth fans thought more than a season and a championship dream ended. They thought that it was the final time the Lady Eagles would play in the tournament at Oman Arena. Lambuth athletic director Ken Brown said that is not the case.

The New England Red Sox, based out of Central Mass., emerged as champions from the recent Baseball International Over-30 Wood Bat Tournament, held at the Port Charlotte Sports Complex, spring training site of the Tampa Bay Rays. The Sox clinched the title by defeating the Stallions, 6-1, in the championship game of the 12-team tournament. The nonprofit Sonoma Patient Group, a medical marijuana dispensary based in Santa Rosa, is searching for a dispensary location in Sonoma Valley. The group will host an informational meeting about their plans on Sunday, March 14, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Sonoma Community Center in room 200.
